Set along the natural slope of Agia Irini, LUURA Cliff is conceived as a sequence of volumes anchored into the terrain. The architecture follows the topography, creating terraces, framed views, and a continuous relationship between built form and horizon.
Materials are mineral and tactile. Stone, plaster, and textured surfaces interact with light, shaping interiors that remain calm, precise, and open. Each suite extends towards the exterior, reinforcing a seamless spatial experience.

A strategic position within the Cyclades
Paros stands at the centre of the Cyclades, offering both accessibility and authenticity. The island combines established infrastructure with preserved landscapes, creating a balanced environment for both lifestyle and investment.
