LUURA Sand is developed in direct relationship with the shoreline. The architecture unfolds horizontally, following the natural line of the coast and creating a fluid transition between interior and exterior spaces.
Materials are warm and natural, with a focus on texture and tactility. Sand tones, soft finishes, and filtered light define an atmosphere shaped by proximity to the sea.

Perched above the Aegean, LUURA Cliff develops as a low-impact composition integrated into the site. Thirty-nine suites are distributed across stepped levels, allowing each unit to benefit from open views and privacy.
